Questions, answered
Will cleaning delete my photos, chats or logins?+
No. CleanONE removes cache and junk only. Auto clean taps "Clear cache" — never "Clear data" or "Clear storage". Large files are only deleted when you choose them yourself.
Why does CleanONE ask for Accessibility access?+
It's optional and powers two features: Auto clean (opening each app's storage page in Settings and tapping "Clear cache" when you start a clean) and App Lock (noticing which app opened so it can show your PIN screen). Only the name of the app on screen is used — nothing you read or type is collected.
Why do I need an account?+
You log in with your email address and password, and verify your email once. Your account keeps your profile, like your name, linked to you. For account security, each login also saves your device details, IP address and advertising ID. Your scans and files are never stored in your account.

Yes, CleanONE is free to download and use, with no ads.
How do I delete my account?+
Follow the steps on our Delete account page — email us from your registered email address and we'll delete your account and all data linked to it.
