Delete your CleanONE account

This page explains how to delete your account in the CleanONE Android app (package com.cleaner.cleanone) and what happens to your data.

Deleting your account is permanent. Once it is done, your profile and login history cannot be recovered and you will need to sign up again to use CleanONE.

Delete it in the app (fastest)

  1. Open CleanONE and go to Profile (the person icon in the bottom bar).
  2. Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
  3. Read what will be deleted and tap Delete account to confirm.

Your account and its data are deleted straight away. If you haven't logged in recently, the app asks you to log in again first — then repeat the steps.

Or request deletion by email

Can't open the app or no longer have it installed? Email us instead:

  1. Find your registered email. Open CleanONE → Profile → Account → Email.
  2. Send us an email to info@foxcybersolutions.co.in from an address you can reply from, with the subject "Delete my CleanONE account".
  3. Send it from your registered email address if you can (or include that address in the message) and, if you can, your name as shown in the app.
  4. Confirm it's you. We may reply asking you to confirm the request, for example by checking details of the device you last logged in from, so that nobody can delete your account without your permission.
  5. Get confirmation. We'll email you once your account and data have been deleted.

What we delete

When we delete your account, we permanently remove:

  • Your login (email address and password) from Firebase Authentication.
  • Your profile: name, email address, account creation and last login time.
  • Your device records: manufacturer, model, device name, Android ID, Android version, app version, language, time zone and other device details.
  • Your login history, including IP addresses and login dates and times.
  • The advertising ID linked to your account.

What we may keep

  • Your deletion request email and our reply, kept for up to 90 days as a record that we handled your request.
  • Information we are legally required to keep, only for as long as the law requires.
  • Backups maintained by our cloud provider (Google Firebase) are overwritten in their normal cycle; deleted data is not restored from them.

We do not keep any of your account data for any other purpose after deletion.

Timeline

We aim to complete deletion within 7 days of confirming your request, and always within 30 days.

Data on your phone

Scans, cleaning results, App Lock settings and your PIN are stored only on your phone, never in your account. To remove them, uninstall CleanONE or go to Settings → Apps → CleanONE → Storage → Clear storage.

If you only want to stop using the app on one phone, you can also log out from Profile → Log out — this does not delete your account.
